Using the Cleveland Clinic MyConsult Online Medical Second Opinion program, CIGNA International participants may request online medical second opinions for a wide range of life-threatening and life-altering diagnoses. MyConsult Online Medical Second Opinions are rendered within 10-14 business days from the time all required materials are received and reviewed by the MyConsult triage nurses, and are delivered in a secure environment designed to protect patient privacy. Payment for the MyConsult Online Medical Second Opinion program is covered by CIGNA International, with CIGNA International reserving the right to recover payment from covered participants for applicable co-insurance coverage or deductibles when appropriate.

As an eligible participant with CIGNA International medical coverage, we invite you to utilize this valuable healthcare resource for yourself and your covered dependents. Non-CIGNA International members may also use the MyConsult Online Medical Second Opinion program by visiting the public Cleveland Clinic's MyConsult Web site at www.eclevelandclinic.org, where payment for requested services may be made using a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), certified bank check, or money order.

Please Note: CIGNA International coverage for Cleveland Clinic's MyConsult Online Medical Second Opinion program is limited to those costs directly related to service, and does not include additional costs you may incur should you choose to undergo additional medical testing, or to pursue a recommended treatment plan.
