The cost of a Cleveland Clinic MyConsult Online Nutrition Consultation is determined by the number of "sessions" required to address your particular health concern (see below for pricing and recommended sessions for each category). The prices range from $95 to $195 depending on which program and number of sessions you choose.

Since we do not accept cash, your payment options include:

• A major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) that will not be charged until your nutrition consultation is completed and ready for your review online.
• A certified bank check or a money order from a U.S. bank and in U.S. dollars that will not be processed until your nutrition consultation is completed and ready for your review online.

A receipt for services completed is provided with each Cleveland Clinic MyConsult Online Nutrition Consultation.

While we will not process your payment of the online nutrition consultation until the final consultation report has been completed and ready for your review online, it is important to understand that once you have given online authorization in Step 7 to the MyConsult staff to proceed with your nutrition consultation request, your opinion process has begun. At this time you may not cancel your request and you will be responsible for the full payment.

Heart Disease: Request for Very Low Fat (Ornish-type) Diet Plan; Heart Failure; General Secondary Prevention of Heart Disease.

The Cleveland Clinic's Online Nutrition Consultation service are not covered by Medicare and we are unable to accept any insurance payments

Cleveland Clinic's MyConsult Online Nutrition Consultation service will provide a receipt for your consultation that may be used by you should you choose to seek reimbursement from an employer sponsored medical savings account or insurance plan. Cleveland Clinic's MyConsult financial services team is not able to file a claim for online consultation services with any insurance company and we are unable to accept any insurance payments
